Master Plan Delhi 2021 is considered to the game changer in the field on construction and development in the National Capital Region. DDA will act as the facilitator whereas the developer entity will do the construction under the rules and regulation of the policy. The L Zone Dwarka is the most attracted zone among the all other zones and it has provided an ample amount of opportunities for the developers and the contractors. An affordable housing solution is provided to the people of Delhi, now the middle-class person can enjoy the benefits of the luxurious living at affordable rates.

L Zone is the centre of attraction for the investors and the developers because of its geographical location. It is located close to the IGI Airport, Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway which is connecting it to the nearest Dwarka sub-cities. People can easily travel from one location to the other location as transportation facilities are available at high frequency.
